If you want to change from local food in Taipei, i suggest to visit this restaurant which have a very nice variety of burgers, pastas... we ordered burgers, the food was very delicious, the service was fast (Despite we waited for 15 minutes to find a place to sit), but our table was near the toilet's door, so the smell was not great ;)
